SAXRAX Stands is the trading name of SAXRAX Inc. We are a manufacturer of musical instrument stands. More specifically saxophone stands. SAXRAX Inc. is wholly independent in design , manufacture and distribution of our products. We therefore have no affiliations with any third party distributors that are not authorized through SAXRAX Inc. Any such promotions or said affiliation with our products without authorization is strictly prohibited.

SAXRAX Inc. reserves all rights to the brand, brand names, and designs used to create and sell our products. Do not copy or sell the product without obtaining approval from SAXRAX Inc.

Making A Purchase

This website is owned and operated by SAXRAX Inc. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors saxophone stands and accessories. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (1) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it. (2) you enter into an agreement to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item by completing the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We reserve the right to change or cancel orders due to errors or omissions.

Shipping

We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Back order or special-order products will be processed and shipped as soon as the item(s) are available.

​Responsibility of ownership transfers to the purchaser upon delivery. Upon receiving your item please check for any possible damage incurred during shipping. 

We will only ship to the same address provided by your payment method.

​Unless otherwise advised, shipping will be made by a fully insured service within normal business hours. Damages or shortages must be notified upon receipt of your order.

International orders are sent via DHL Express. Customs charges are not pre-paid and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments are usually received in around a week. Please be advised that these services can be subject to unexpected delays.
